52 Project – Week 31 – “Through Their Eyes”

The theme this week presented a challenge to me. I wanted to see how Sydney sees the world, how I must look to her almost every day when I’m practicing a new camera technique I’ve read about, or testing out my softbox light, and she’s so wonderfully patient… well.. most of the time! So yesterday, we went out onto the back deck – which is my favorite place to be especially with the absolutely glorious weather we’ve had here in Northern Virginia this week. I asked Sydney to show me how she looks at things, how she might feel always having to look “up” at us … so I pretended to switch places with her, and here’s what I saw:

And then, how I must look to her….Week 31 - Through Their Eyes

And how she must see the world from her level, staring at the fallen leaves on the deck….Week 31 - Through Their Eyes-3Now… onto the next website in our Beautiful Beasties webring:  let’s jet across the country to the West Coast and check out Karen Ramos of Spotty Nose Pet Photography in Los Angeles, California… remember to keep following the circle until you land back here!

Great post! I love the different points of view and I also wonder about my pets’ perspective when they are so reliant on us and they give such unconditional love.ReplyCancel
