52 Project – Week 28 – “Details”

Details, schme-tails. Gotta love this theme – which of course just screams for a MACRO lens. Kinda cheating, maybe.. .but then again, maybe not. The thing with the macro lens I use (Tamron 90mm F2.8) is that it can be wicked-sharp if you get the focus point right where you want it. Much easier on a stationery, non-moving subject. I was lucky enough to have a few subjects other than the lovely Miss Sydney this week. Those are her paws below – which I adore right after she’s been groomed. They look almost like fingers. Seems like we’re on a Sound of Music theme here… nose and eyelashes… those are a few of my favorite things…

And speaking of dog noses… go check out Karen Ramos at Spotty Nose Photography’s blog  for her take on the 52 Project theme “Details”….
